Warranty and quality
The manufacturer Flokk offers a 10-year warranty on all HÅG chairs used for up to 9 hours per day. Unless otherwise specified, the maximum user weight is 110 kg.
The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects as well as other defects from the chair's production date. The warranty includes all necessary replacement parts. Labor and transport costs are not covered. Normal wear and tear is not covered by the warranty. The warranty requires that the chair and its upholstery/leather are regularly cleaned.
The HÅG Capisco meets the strictest international standards with certifications such as EN 1335 (Class A) , the GS mark , Möbelfakta and the AFRDI Green Tick .
